Who is responsible?
De Voetkamer (Dutch Chamber of Commerce registration 42184853) is responsible for personal information submitted through this website. For privacy enquiries, email devoetkamer@outlook.com.

What information do we use, and why?
When you submit the contact form, we use your name, phone number and message to answer your question, contact you and, where relevant, arrange an appointment. This is necessary to respond to your request and, where applicable, to prepare or provide an appointment. We do not use this information for unsolicited marketing.

Which services handle the information?
The contact form is processed through Netlify Forms. Enquiries are sent to De Voetkamer’s Outlook mailbox, provided by Microsoft. If you contact us directly by email or WhatsApp, the relevant communication providers also process information. These service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area, subject to the safeguards applicable to their services.

Who can access enquiries?
Only the owner of De Voetkamer has access to and manages enquiries. The relevant service providers process information as needed to operate their services.

How long is information kept?
General enquiries are kept for no more than six months after the last contact. Different retention periods may apply where information is needed for an ongoing appointment, customer relationship or legal obligation. Unneeded messages are deleted from both Netlify and the email inbox.

Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, object to processing, or request restriction or portability where applicable. Email devoetkamer@outlook.com. If you have questions or concerns about how we handle your information, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
